Founded by a French & Canadian lawyer, SK.M CROSS BORDERS is a law firm with a human dimension and an international vision. The Firm has extensive experience at the service of companies, insurers and private individuals, in an international context.
The Firm, based in Paris, is also domiciled in Montreal and can provide legal assistance and representation to its clients in France and Canada, in matters involving interests, businesses or assets located in either country.
The Firm offers its services to commercial and industrial businesses to assist them in the development of their activities, the defense of their interests and the settlement of their disputes, in France and abroad. Our goal is to always meet the expectations and needs of our clients, while offering high quality services at an affordable cost.
Building on its expertise in litigating complex insurance matters, the Firm may also assist French and foreign insurance companies in relation to the application of their coverage, the settlement of claims, the conduct of proceedings and subrogatory actions.
The Firm has also particular expertise in providing representation and advice to French, Canadian and foreign nationals to assist them with their legal issues (property, family and investment) as well as their visa and immigration procedures in France or Canada. As such, the Firm works closely with the services of the Canadian Embassy in France, the Délégation générale du Québec in Paris and the French consular services in Canada.
