We will then proceed with an evaluation of the costs and delays depending on the available options.

With regards to litigation, we will follow an objective and realistic evaluation of your chances of success and any eventual risks you may face, all the while favoring, where possible, an amicable outcome that satisfies the interests of both parties.

Respecting deadlines is essential. As such, we will anticipate deadlines rigorously, preparing with you every step of your case in advance in order to allow you to make an informed and confident decision.

In particular, we will submit every draft document to you sufficiently in advance to allow you to take the time necessary to leave any comments.

Transparency and predictability

Transparency and predictability are key when it comes to our invoicing. It is essential that our clients can anticipate the cost of the management of their case, notably by being regularly informed of the work performed on their behalf.

The invoicing of our fees is based on an hourly rate that is to be determined during our first meeting.
During the first consultation, we will proceed with an evaluation of the deadlines and cost of our intervention, depending on the nature of your demand and the complexity of the case.

This first consultation will be followed by the signing of a letter of engagement covering notably the invoicing of fees.

Invoicing will take place on a regular basis, for greater predictability, and every invoice is accompanied by a detailed description of the work carried out.

In exceptional circumstances, it may be possible to put in place a fixed fee arrangement, depending on the nature, scale and volume of cases.

Fees

Our hourly rate for private individuals is € 230 excl. taxes (or € 276 incl. taxes).
Our hourly rate for corporations is € 250 excl. taxes (or € 300 incl. taxes). A yearly subscription may be considered, with quarterly reviews to adjust the agreed fees to your needs.
